Just Observing
Sen Hillary Clinton did not cast a vote on the bankruptcy bill. She was not there. She was at the hospital with Bill while he underwent surgery, so don't yell at her or accuse her of "triangulating". There are priorities in life and the ones you love take precedence over the most of the others. I think folks forgot she was at the hospital when they saw she hadn't cast a vote.

Workaholic, don't change the subject! Commenters on another blog were yelling about her not casting a vote and speculating about her reasons. What I said has nothing to do with liking or not liking her, it has to do with the truth of the matter. If you fell off a ladder and I were there, you'd be the priority. And don't tell me you wouldn't do the same for someone else. I read your blog, don't forget, so I've come to know you a tiny bit. You'd be there.
