And never mind this appointment--our Flawless Leader gets to make another one right away also! Not to mention all the federal judgeships at the appellate and trial court levels that this President has filled, and will get to appoint over the next three years. This country, and the forward movement of our legal and judicial system over the next twenty to thirty years, will pay dearly for the decision it made in 2004.
