AT&T docs...thanks to Wired News and Dem Daily...

From Wired News via www.democraticdaily.com :

Wired News has stepped up and published “the full AT&T documents are filed under seal in federal court in San Francisco,” in the class-action lawsuit from Electronic Frontier Foundation. Electronic Frontier Foundation alleges that AT&T cooperated in an illegal National Security Agency domestic surveillance program. Whistleblower, former AT&T technician Mark Klein is the key witness in the case.

The documents are available here.

Evan Hansen of Wired tells “Why We Published the AT&T Docs.”

This is a bold move in the wake of the warning yesterday from Attorney General Alberto Gonzales that he “believes journalists can be prosecuted for publishing classified information, citing an obligation to national security.”
